拖欠隆市局罰單　不能更新駕照路稅
陸路交通局、交警、地方政府罰單款額於3月1日正式劃一之後，拖欠罰款的駕駛人士將被列入黑名單，同時無法更新駕照和路稅。
在這項新制度下，凡在3月1日開始拖欠陸路交通局、交警和吉隆坡市政局罰單的駕駛人士將被列入黑名單。

Unsettled summonses: Motorists will be barred from renewing road tax, driving licence
Motorists, who have yet to settle their summonses, have only five more days before they are barred from renewing their road tax and driving licences.
Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general said that the Feb 28 deadline would not be extended.
If summons not settled, you will be blacklisted by the respective agencies and you won’t be able to renew your road tax or driving license.
