醋助眠
失眠可將一湯匙食醋倒入冷開水中,攪勻喝下,如果加入等量的蜂蜜,則效果更佳。


For Insomnia, you take a tablespoon of vinegar put into the cold water, stir well to drink, if adding an equal amount of honey, the better.
